Organizational Structure

gHIVe is a non-governmental (NGO), non-profit organization founded in 2015. Our mission is to create digital media to inform the public about the HIV virus.  Our goal is to advocate for a better understanding of the necessity of HIV testing and drug adherence, as well as to explain new scientific research regarding treatments, vaccinations, and potential cures.  Our 3D models, animations, and videos will present crucial information about HIV virus that is not commonly known.

The structure of the organization centers around internships and externships at the high school and undergraduate levels. This model will give students the opportunity to gain authentic work experience as they strengthen their 3D modeling, team building, and organizational skills through their interactions with the executives and staff at gHIVe. The structure allows for growth under the Executive Director position to add support for middle management. Moving forward, the gHIVe team will continue to develop strategic partnerships and content to support the medical, sociological and psychological community focused on HIV/AIDS prevention, management and treatment.
